UPDATE IS NOW AVAILABLE
TO DOWNLOAD.
ALL subscription
customers will receive
October maps and speed
cam updates. However,
only PREMIUM
subscription customers
will receive the October
POI update. Standard
subscription customers
only get one POI update
in April.
To update, open the
Cabbie’s Mate app, tap
on the info>updates
and download.

We regret to inform
you that, much like
many other businesses,
we are no longer able
to absorb the
additional increasing
costs of developing,
running and
maintaining the
Cabbie’s Mate apps.
Therefore, we have no
other option but to
increase all new and
renewal annual
subscriptions by 10%
with effect from the
1st of November 2022.

The Cabbie's Mate iOS
and Android Premium
option now come with a
30 day free trial
period for new
subscribers.
New customers can
download the app from
the App Store or Google
Play Store and subscribe
anytime.
iOS Cabbie's Mate app
requires iOS 13 or over,
and it is compatible
with iPhones 6S, 7, 8,
10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and
iPads running iOS 13 to
iOS 16.
The Android Cabbie's
Mate app requires an
Android 8 version or
above.
Cabbie's Mate app
includes speed camera
warnings, TFL Live
traffic/road work
disruption, will
remember the last 20
search entries, an
online search category
where a user can search
for door numbers on A-Z
maps, or any poi's that
we may not have in our
database. GPS icon
selection options and
map download options are
also available.
The premium version
comes with functions for
Knowledge boys and
girls.
Both Standard and
Premium subscription
options receive two map
updates a year, in April
and October. Only
premium option customers
receive four poi updates
a year; Standard option
subscribers only receive
one POI update a year in
April.
Map downloads over
4G/5G or mobile
Wi-Fi
Cabbie's Mate apps and
maps can now be
downloaded via 4G/5G or
mobile Wi-Fi. If you
don't have unlimited
data or are worried
about data usage, please
download it at home or
disable your Mobile Data
option on your device
settings.
