Cabbie's Mate Android App Troubleshooting Guide
Your Cabbie's Mate A-Z app can only be installed on a maximum of two separate Android devices at any one time. If you wish to install on a different android device, you will need to reset the licences. If you perform a factory reset on your android devices, our software will assume that you are trying to license a third device because the device ID changes, therefore it will display a warning stating that the device cannot be licensed or will not list the maps after installing the app.
